What is Seven Days Diet Plan?
Seven days diet plan also called General Motor diet is the most popular diet among the people trying to lose weight. This is also called General Motor diet because American Motor Company collaborated with many food productions and tested this diet on their employees. This diet plan allows you to have as much of food as you want but from a particular food group only. It is observed that if you follow this diet completely and honestly then you sure will lose 10 to 17 pounds in a week. Seven days diet plan is the mostly tried diet plans among all. It is a method for all those trying to lose weight without working out in gym and without starving as well.
Food Intake Routine for Seven Days Diet Plan
Day1
Day one of seven days diet plan is the fruit day. You can only have fruits on day one. Fruits can include Apple, Papaya and the most recommended one is Melon. It is because of the water that they have. It is not advisable to eat banana because of the carbohydrate content it has. You can have fruits as many times as you want throughout the day. Also you need to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water to make it a balanced diet.
Day 2
Day two is the vegetable day that is you can have all kinds of vegetables, you can either have boiled veggies or you can go for raw veggies depending upon your preference. Consuming at least 6 to 8 glasses of water is necessary.
Day 3
Day three of the seven days diet plan is about both veggies and fruits. You can have all the veggies and fruits except for potatoes and banana. Again consuming a minimum of 8 glasses of water is necessary.
Day 4
On the fourth day of the diet you can have only bananas and milk. If the banana is of the small size, you can have 8 bananas for the entire day and if it is of relatively larger size you can have six of them along with the skimmed milk. You can also make a smoothie out of it. You can make equal portions of three male with two bananas and a glass of skimmed milk for each meal. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water is highly recommended to keep you hydrated throughout.
Day 5
On the day fifth, non vegetarians can have fish or chicken as per their choice while the vegetarians can go for cottage cheese or spinach. Recommended quantity is 280 grams of chicken or cottage cheese or fish. You can also have raw tomatoes or juice of the tomatoes.
Day 6
Day sixth is basically a big relief because you get to eat protein. If you are a non vegetarian, you can either consume boiled chicken or the grilled chicken. The vegetarians can have cottage cheese. You can also have any vegetable of your preferred choice except but make sure you do not consume potatoes.
Day 7
Day seventh of the seven days diet plan is a very normal day for you guys because you get to eat brown rice or maybe half chapatis along with boiled veggies and some fruits. Make sure that you are having enough water and try to divide your meal into minimum of three portions that would make you eat in the best possible way and you will give the right amount of food to your body.
